Bridget believes healing works best when we look at the whole person. While nutrition and supplements are important, lasting change also involves the mental, emotional, environmental, and behavioral patterns that shape daily choices.

Her perspective comes from both professional training and personal experience navigating her own health challenges. Through that journey, she developed a deep appreciation for how connected the body’s systems are and how stress, mindset, self-beliefs, social relationships, habits, and environment all influence health.

Healing grows when small improvements happen across several areas of life. Bridget creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where patients can explore those changes. As a guide and partner, she helps patients recognize patterns, discover solutions that fit their lives, and build routines that support lasting wellbeing.

About Bridget Adams

Bridget’s path into health coaching was one about self-realization, healing, and a deep appreciation of how parts influence the whole. Her studies in engineering and ecology shaped her systems-level thinking and analytical approach to problem solving, skills she now uses to help patients recognize patterns and personalize solutions for their health.

Motherhood further deepened her passion for nutrition and nurturing environments. During this time, she developed extensive experience in whole-food cooking, adapting recipes for individual health needs and dietary preferences, making adjustments that support flow and healthy habits, and exploring natural practices that support holistic wellbeing.

Coaching at a medical weight loss clinic later revealed a clear calling and inspired her to deepen her expertise in behavior change through advanced coaching certifications.

Today, Bridget enjoys partnering with Integrative Wellness Fx patients on their health journeys, combining compassion, holistic knowledge, strategic problem-solving, and practical implementation to help patients create meaningful and lasting change.

Outside the office, Bridget enjoys new adventures, hiking, yoga, traveling, creative cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends. She maintains an active personal practice of movement, self-care, nervous system regulation, and continual learning while balancing the demands of work and family, principles she believes support resilient, long-term health.

Dr. David and the entire Integrative Wellness Fx team are passionate about sharing their expertise to empower you with knowledge supportive of your holistic health & lifestyle.
